If you purchased your tickets on broadwaydirect.com, you should have received two emails from tickets@broadwaydirect.com right away: a confirmation email that will have the name and date of the show in the subject line but say "(NOT YOUR TICKETS)" and a second email that has the name and date in the subject line but says "Your tickets are here!". This second email will have a button to click on and view your tickets.
If you're not able to find them, we'd recommend double checking your spam, junk, and promotional folders in case your tickets were sorted incorrectly. You might also want to try searching your inbox for "tickets@broadwaydirect.com" or the name of the show you purchased tickets for.
Some shows won't send their tickets right away — this will be indicated during the checkout process, but certain theatres don't send tickets out until 2 weeks before the performance. You can expect them to arrive around the time of the show, 14 days before the performance.
If you purchase with Apple Pay, the confirmation email and tickets are automatically sent to your email that is associated with your Apple Pay account. If you're unsure of this email, you can go back and look at your Apple Pay account by going to the Settings app on your iPhone, searching for or scrolling all the way down to "Wallet & Apple Pay," and looking in the "Transaction Defaults" setting for the email address you have connected to Apple Pay.
If you're still not able to find them, you can log into your Broadway Direct account or create one at https://tickets.broadwaydirect.com/shop/account/login — once logged into an account matching the email associated with the tickets, you can see upcoming tickets in the "Tickets" tab and either view them or resend your email from there.
If you still aren't able to find them, or have any further questions, feel free to email us at help@broadwaydirect.com and we'll do our best to help locate your tickets!
