All ticket purchases are final and tickets may not be exchanged or refunded. It is your responsibility to make sure that you purchase tickets for the correct performance date, time, and location.
We hope that you’re able to make it to your show, but there may be a way that you can still use your tickets if you’re not able to. Tickets that have not been used are sometimes able to be “past dated,” which would allow the show to honor your unused tickets at another performance, depending on availability. We won’t be able to coordinate with the box office until the show in question has already been missed, so please only fill this form out after your performance’s scheduled date. Requests made before the performance will be discarded.
