We would recommend double checking the confirmation email you received when you paid for your tickets — that will have all of the information about ticket delivery. Some of our shows require tickets to be picked up at the box office with a photo ID. For others, tickets are sent to your email up to an hour before the show — but if you're a winner who has a confirmation email and you still haven't received your tickets, you can go to the box office with a photo ID and they'll be able to print them for you there.
